Project H.E.E.D. CDC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in the Northwest quadrant of Houston, Harris County. Our organization is committed to improve the health, well-being, and educational opportunities for the poor, the under served, and the disadvantaged individual. Our goal is to assist individuals in achieving the best quality of lifestyle across a lifespan. Project H.E.E.D. CDC is governed by a 10 member board panel and actively enlists collaborative partnerships from both community and business entities.
